Friendly service, great beer and tasty food are some of the things you'll find at this great historic, industrial and hip brewery but more than anything you are guaranteed to find a beer you like. With a huge spread of offerings and new brews emerging every few weeks the Rhombus Guys Brew Co are going full steam ahead into the craft beer scene.

Rhombus Guys opened almost two years ago. You may have also heard the name from the pizza shop (definitely worth trying) but don't think that this is just another feather in the cap for Rhombus Guys. The beer here is seriously good and the food is knock out as well. We visited on a Sunday and through a huge glass wall showing off the tanks you can see brewers meanders from tank to tank taking measurements, making sure the beer is getting to exactly where it needs to be. The build is split between a  bar area and a restaurant and the staff were awesome amazing helpful when we rolled in kids in tow. As we looked through the menu and picked out some different snack, our server told us about the beers and gave us advise on what we mix we might want to go with for our flights. I always enjoy it when the person giving me the beer is obviously psych'd about it, and this guy was definitely a big fan of the beer they made.

Our flights of beer spanned from a blonde ale through wheat beer  to porter and I can honestly say there wasn't one I wouldn't have easily ordered a pint of. Interesting comparisons of nitro to non nitro beer with Into the darkness. Citrusy, malty combinations of the Illusion ale but by far my favorite was the barrel aged freak. Its not often that you could blind fold someone and give them a dark beer that they could mistake for a good red wine because of its complex taste, but this is what you get from barrel aged freak. Just when you think you have tasted it all, you take another sip and find something new. If this was the only beer Rhombus Guys made I would still make the two hour drive over the boarder and down to Grand Fork to get some. It's not often I find a beer that really knocks it out of the park (way out) but I have to say this one did. I would strongly advise everyone to go a give it a go you're missing out on something great if you don't. So head down to and try them for yourself the historic location, great beer and friendly staff give Rhombus Guys Brew Co a cool, hip but welcoming feel, making you want to stay for just one more beer and if I were you I would do just that.
